The phantom 6 mil. is really good if you want a gloves that gives you an un-questionable peace of mind that there's a barrier between you and whatever germs you're trying to stay safe from because they are genuinely thick. They also have a 4 mil which I love for basic cleaning like lysol wipes or taking trash out. I would choose this brand over any other hands down. Oh! They also fit small hands well. For example- I'm 5'4 / 129 lbs and my favorite size is small in the 4 mil. But it's medium in the 6 mil. because they are a fraction smaller. Though - if you have muscular male hands- I would consider large. But medium if the hands are slender but with long fingers ) I hope this helps someone.
