These are junk N2O canisters because they are, in fact, N2 canisters. They're nitrogen for making nitro cold brew and beer, NOT nitrous oxide for making whipped cream. It says that in the description and shows a glass of coffee on the box. Seriously, lay off the whippets guys, you can't afford the brain cells..Anywho. I use these in my regular 500ml aluminum whipped cream dispenser. These cartridges fit in its cartridge holder perfectly. I fill the canister with cold brew, usually past the whipped cream line but not all the way full. I screw on an injector tip (the shorter, fatter one) for dispensing. The process is just like making whipped cream - screw on the canister til the gas releases, remove the canister, shake and dispense.It turns out perfectly! Exactly like my friend's NitroPress. Much more affordable than competitors too, at $26 for 40 canisters!!! I'm still considering getting a NitroPress DS, but at the cost of these canisters, I could drink nitro cold brew every day for over a year and a half before breaking even on it.
