Great biscotti product! Delicious. Delivery service was great.

Beautifully packaged, and with a nice bow on top. This was a gift, so I did not have a chance to taste any of the biscotti, but I'm sure they are lovely.

These were delicious and came beautifully wrapped! I ended up buying them for 2 additional people after seeing how nice they were and how yummy they tasted!

Stay away from these overpriced hype cookies. If they were $9.99 I would say go for it. The quality is severely lacking. It looks like they literally rolled here from Aussieworld. When I opened up the package crumbs were flying out due to static electricity with the plastic film, some of the white icing ones have been smashed so there were bits of fruit on the paper topper, They looked like they were all laid to rest in their little plastic graves and they heard crazy things and were spinning... They literally just looked all beat up, at least two were cracked and as for presentation, FORGET IT. If you want to purchase some GOOD Biscotti, look for "Nonni's Biscotti". They usually come individually wrapped and have much higher quality with their standards. I had 3 pieces of these Barnetts brand and I was disgusted that I paid that much for them...

I initially ordered a large box of Biscotti. I wasn't thrilled with the biscotti, so I contacted Barnetts customer service. They were so kind, receptive, and went above and beyond standard customer service! They readily offered me a full refund without requiring me to return the product. They then asked if they could send me another box of their chocolate-filled cookies. Who am I to turn away cookies? I quickly accepted their generosity, and the outstanding cookies arrived at my house yesterday. The package was beautiful, wrapped so the cookies remained fresh. My first reaction was that they were gorgeous! They are Oreo-type cookies dipped in various chocolates and have a vast array of toppings. Once I tasted one, I was hooked! Yes, I will be ordering more! It's so refreshing to deal with premium customer service, and a handwritten note was included in the package. Thank you Barnetts!

Beautiful and displayed nicely so it's a nice gift, so that's a five. Not biscotti though to me, it's a cookie shaped like biscotti and decorated so what can I say. I bought them for my mom and me so if you want them for a pretty gift, yes. If you want them for biscotti, nope, save your money.
