This helped my son through Grade 1-3

Contains the grade 1 syllabus for ABRSM, but in a more friendly manner for younger children. I use Piano Star Theory as a first theory book and then move onto this book afterwards.

Really helpful guide to prep youngsters for the music theory grade exams. Each unit starts with basic information, tips for learning then some activities to build and develop understanding. They have also incorporated model exam questions in the same style they will see in the proper papers. Not sure why they don’t include the answers, you have to buy the answer booklet separately.

A beautifully presented book with progressive tasks that enable rapid learning and comprehension.
