I've been using this for 2+ months now and I can say for certain that it definitely helps build up your forearm as I have noticed that my forearms have got bigger and so have my friends. it has also help improve my grip strength as before I used to do pull up and I did a few and then I would lose my grip. However, now I can do a whole lot more as I don't lose my grip so easily.

This product is pretty durable and easy to use. Price is pretty fair i would say... it is a good exercising tool...

Nice hand grip trainer. Big difference from the old non-adjustable type people used to have many years ago. Smooth rubber and nice design for holding. Happy with it. I can train my hands even when sitting on sofa watching TV

From the start I had my suspicions about how well this would work and nothing about its performance made it worth the 7 pounds I paid for it. After less than one week of having it, it broke into pieces after using it on its max. I recommend getting an Everlast one to be honest. Whats the point in getting something that cant handle its own max weight for a few reps

My son is very happy with this. Like tgat as he gets stronger the grip can be altered to cope

Great if you want to build grip strength but are not sure your what you could previously grip. Should suit most people, 60 is above average.

Not the best. The plastic around the spring broke after 1 month. The rubber in the handle began to get damaged. Verdict won't buy it again
