Would not recommend. Pedals don’t work
Ok so I wrote an initial review about the pedals not working but eventually after a lot of tinkering they worked. Instructions about this would have been helpful but otherwise this is a great bike. My 17.5 month old son could not reach the pedals on any other toddler bike his age even though he’s in the 75th percentile for height according to his doctor, but this one finally did the trick. Would recommend! He loved it as soon as I had assembled the frames and he couldn’t even wait for me to put on the seat before getting on. Glad we got this!

Not as expected
This tricycle was smaller than expected. The size of this is more for a 1 year old. It was almost easy to install expect the pedals would not stay in properly.I did like that it had a little basket on the back.

Easy to put together wrong
So this isn't the best bike/trike that we have nor is it the worst but of the 30 we have this is closer to the bottom that the top. The design of the bike is flawed, it is very easy to put it together incorrectly and any over tightening of thing will lead to it not being able to be tightened correctly, same if you make a mistake assembling it and have to take it apart and put it together again. I don't expect this to last past the summer and wouldn't be surprised if the handlebars start shifting before next week.

Round of applause from our 2 year old!
The media could not be loaded. This tricycle is sturdy and well made. It was relatively easy to assemble. It took me about 45-minutes and that includes the time it took me to disassemble half way through as I realized the front frame piece was upside down. Quick tip: the letters on the front of the bike should be upside down (as shown in the review picture). I incorrectly had the letters facing the wrong way originally which was a bit of a pain to fix.The other thing I'll note is that the pedals don't really seem to move the wheel. Our toddler is just learning how to ride and so he doesn't use the pedals yet but even when you push the trike the pedals stay stationary and do not move with the front wheel. Not a huge deal for us but wanted to call it out. Our son is a fresh two and loves this little trike. I think it's adorable and love the handy basket to store things while we're out and about.

Good For YOUNG 2-3 Year Olds - Best For Smaller Sized Children
This tricycle was easy to assemble ... no thanks to subpar assembly instructions, however. Be prepared to use your head and build this with your own brains, letting the instructions vaguely tell you what to do. We struggled getting the pedals on, but figured out you need to hold the wheel, push down the lock button and move the pedals until they "catch" and start moving the front wheel. This tricycle is good for 1-3 year olds, but surely no child over 3. And even then, if you have a taller 3 year old child, they'll not fit on this little tricycle. We love how the tricycle looks - just wish it were larger. We gave it to a 3 year old, and they'll likely outgrow it in a few months.Once assembled the tricycle is sturdy and I warn that your child will likely outgrow it before they age past the age parameter.Best for a smaller (height) child of UNDER 3 years old.

Adorable, but instructions would have been helpful
We managed to put this together for my little grand niece, who is 2. I can't imagine a 4 or 5-year-old riding this! There were no instructions, so we had to figure out how to put it together, but it worked out, and she is a happy kid. It made me feel a little cautious because the description was not as accurate as it ought to be.

The seat keeps coming off.
Not only does the seat keep coming off, but the front part keeps coming off as well causing my baby to fall off and crash. This is a dangerous toy and not made safe enough for a toddler. I wouldn’t reccomend.

Get rid of your store bough big wheels and frustration
Our kids were getting frustrated with the cheap plastic store bought big wheels. The wheels constantly spun out or didn't grip so their peddling was all for nothing. However, THIS tricycle is easy to assemble and the tires grip the road with ease so peddling actual propels them rather than spinning and spinning.
