Functional but room for improvement
Initial:The sink faucet is packaged very nicely. The instructions were adequate but there is room for improvement.Removal of the old faucet:The most difficult step of installing this faucet is actually the removal of the old, original faucet. Mine had a lever to open/close the drain. Long story short, the design of it meant that I either had to remove the trap or cut the straight drain pipe - that will be replaced anyways. I opted to cut the drain pipe and used a reciprocating saw but any hand saw or hack saw would've worked. Other than the cutting it was just hand tools to loosen up and remove the hot and cold lines and then the washers above the water lines. Don't forget to turn off the water lines before starting this project. I used a combination of pliers, adjustable wrench and 5/8" wrench but you don't necessarily need all of them.Installation:Faucet - Pretty straight forward here. Remove the plastic washer/nuts and rubber washers from the water line connections on the faucet. Drop the faucet in from above. Slide the rubber washers back on and then tighten down the plastic washer nuts. Attached the water lines to the faucet with an adjustable wrench (sorry, do not know the size wrench for this part). Attached the water lines to the copper pipes with a 5/8" wrench. The braided steel lines that come with this faucet were a nice upgrade from what was on the original faucet.Drain pipe - Remove the big plastic washer/nut and rubber washer. Drop the drain in through the sink from above. Slide the rubber washer on, then the big plastic washer/nut. A washer/nut is not included for tightening the drain pipe to the plumbing exit so I had to reuse the original (in the picture it is white). The rubber washer that creates the seal to the bottom of the sink would not seat nicely no matter how many times I tried tightening it down. I don't think I was doing anything incorrectly but I could be wrong. Either way, it seems to have created a working seal but I'm not impressed.Other/Overall:Installation was not too difficult. The pop-up drain seems quite large compared to a typical pop-up drain. When you press the drain down it does not appear like it is closed but it does work and hold water. The aerator creates a nice stream. Handles swivel nicely. The faucet pipe swivels too with just a slight tension/resistance compared to my kitchen sink faucet (don't read this as a negative, it's just different from my kitchen sink). One super annoying thing for me personally is that the hot water handle is not at 90 degrees when it is closed. It goes backwards further than it should. I removed the handle but it does not appear that there is a way to fine-tune the positioning. For the price this faucet was listed when I ordered it ($25) I think it is a great deal. I will be buying a nicer faucet for the main bath and installing this one in the bathroom that is not really used though. If the price goes up, you can find nicer faucets on sale in the hardware stores sometimes. I bought one from a local hardware store for my old house a few years ago for $50 and liked it better than this one.

Easy install and modern look
The faucet was a very simple, straightforward, and easy installation. Everything was included in the kit. The instructions were clear. My nine year old helped install and could also follow the directions.

Great Value
Perfect replacement faucet at a stellar price. The drain assembly is entirely plastic, but seems durable enough and the finish of the entire item is quite resistant to water spots. For the price, this unit comes with the faucet, drain assembly and water supply lines. You won't find anything like this at major hardware stores for less than 4x the cost. I needed something inexpensive and durable for a rental and this was it.
