Doesn’t grind as mentioned. It is too late to return the product 😣😣

I have purchased a second piece as the first once plastic broke. The grinders are suspended using three plastic attachments which broke in my case after an year of usage. I would say this is value for money but I am reducing one star because the grinding mechanism's support is not sturdy and can break easily.

The media could not be loaded. It's a worst product ever I have purchased from Amazon. Within few days of use crushing of black pepper is not working

If you're on the budget then get this. But if you can spare another few then must get the Ikea spice mill for about 550. It lasted me a lifetime and has a much better grinding experience and output.The grind is not so consistent here.

Have been using this for about a month now and I find it to be good. The quality is good, the blades are nice and the design is elegant. Value for money.
