Bought these as replacement work socks & so far so good!
I bought these for my boyfriend to replace some of his work socks - he works as a brewer in an environment that is sometimes very cold and pretty much always wet! His work boots are tall, waterproof, steel toe boots that pull on rather than lace up so having good socks that are well fitting, warm, comfortable and stay up/don’t shift are important - these seem to fit the bill!Out of the package they appeared thick, well made and seemed to have good stretch. They washed and dried well. They did look a little smaller coming out of the dryer (used low heat) but they didn’t seem to shrink as they stretched and fit him very nicely (he wears a size 9 in men’s shoes). He’s been wearing them consistently and is happy with them - if anything changes I’ll update the review.

Good socks for laborers
My husband goes through socks like crazy! He's a mechanic so his shoes are rough on socks. These to the job, and they put some relief pressure on the arch. Highly recommend!

Legit for the price
Decent socks for the price. I mean 5 bucks for 2 pairs is a no brainer even if you go through a couple pairs every few months. Definitely not built for work boots or hiking for that matter. I personally wear them around the house and they are perfect for that. Overall not bad for the price

Warehouse order selector
I bought these to help with some heel and toe pain from my steel toe boots. (I have red wing boots for work) As an order selector I'm walking for 9+ hours daily and these have saved my feet! The added cousin helps relieve foot pain and i combined them with some ariat work insoles, they've been amazing compared to just a regular crew sock. However they do tear at the heel, idk if it's my boot or the socks durability itself but they do work great!

Carhartt Synthetic Blend Socks Review: Comfort Meets Durability
I recently tried out the Carhartt Synthetic Blend Socks, and overall, I’m impressed by their quality and comfort. Made from a blend of synthetic materials, these socks offer a great balance between warmth and moisture-wicking properties, making them perfect for both casual wear and more demanding activities. They fit snugly without being too tight, and after hours of wear, they still feel comfortable—no bunching or slipping.Comfort & PerformanceThe comfort level of these socks is outstanding. I’ve worn them on long walks, and they maintain their shape and cushioning without causing any discomfort. The material is soft but durable, providing a good level of insulation while keeping my feet dry even after prolonged use.DurabilityWhile the socks themselves are durable, I did encounter a small issue during unboxing. One of the plastic ties used in the packaging got caught on the fabric and caused a minor rip. It wasn’t enough to ruin the socks completely, but it was a bit disappointing to see damage right out of the package. I hope Carhartt revisits their packaging to prevent this kind of issue in the future.Final ThoughtsAside from the packaging mishap, the Carhartt Synthetic Blend Socks are a solid choice for anyone looking for comfortable, durable socks that can handle a range of activities. I would recommend them for their overall comfort and performance, with a small note to be cautious when removing them from the packaging to avoid potential .Update February 25, 2025After my initial review, I ordered a bunch more of the socks. I have been wearing them for work for the past 3 1/2 months. And now almost all of them, have developed holes in the toes. This is really shocking quality control on the Carhartt part. After trying them for several months, I do not recommend them at all. I would understand if one or maybe two pairs would’ve developed a hole, but almost all of them, this is ridiculously bad quality control. Stay away from them.
