Great design and helps with wrist drop
This is being used for family member with wrist drop. It is quite comfortable and is being used for longer periods and even at night time while sleeping. There are 4 straps that go on forearm, wrist, palm and finger which are fastened with Velcro straps. The fingers and wrists are held in position which greatly helps in alleviating the pain. The splint is lightweight and made of breathable fabric which makes it comfortable.Excellent design and well thought out product. 5-stars and recommended.

Good splint
I got this on the recommendation from my physical therapist. The adjustability of the splint is nice.

Excellent splint if waking up with hard to open hand
I’ve started waking up with my right hand in a fist and it was hard to open it. I wasn’t sure why it was happening. Then I realized the cause and cut back on it. I was misting too much. The mister required repetitive motion that pulled on sensitive joints and might of hurt nerves in the process. This splint helped with recovery.

Strong metal splint
I have radial nerve damage as well as a displaced ulna due to botched surgeries. The ulnar displacement makes it difficult to wear any type of brace. That said, this style should work well for those seeking to mitigate radial nerve issues. The brace is a thick piece of metal encased by 1/4 inch foam on both sides and placed inside a zippered outer cover. The zipper cover is useful for removing the splint to wash the fabric, though it’s not the easiest task. Four lengthy straps are used to secure the brace to your arm, letting you tighten or loosen the fit as needed. There is an elastic band stitched to the fabric, forming four finger slots - this is different from other braces that have a single elastic band where your fingers slide in all together, rather than individually. That is pretty comfortable, though it restricts the movement of my pinky while my other fingers are free to bend at the middle joint. It’s a personal preference whether you like that fit or not. It allows relatively free movement of the fingers so you have at least some movement and use of them. Brace should work well for its indicated purpose.

Sturdy Hand Brace
This brace makes sure that the hand can not move. It does not however stop the fingers from moving. It is an excellent design for what it is made for. Makes a big difference for someone with radial nerve damage.

large finger loops
The size of the loops for the fingers make this easy to slip on - i wouldn't say they're oversized but definitely not tight or needs to be stretched . It's a comfortable and breathable mesh. The straps work for narrow hands with plenty of strap for larger hands. Comfortable brace.

Good support but a little fiddly
A very sturdy splint that stays secure and offers pretty good support. The core is a rigid aluminum frame, encased by dense foam, and then a thin layer of lighter, somewhat crunchy sounding foam. There's a mesh layer on top to keep things breathable. Your thumb stays free and the fingertips are exposed so you'd still be able to use your hands a little. However it can be a little fiddly to use. It's ambidextrous so the shortest pinky finger is usually supported near the tip, unlike other fingers. When putting it on you've to be sure that the pinky is supported properly. The back is rather contoured, so it can be tricky to position it while securing the straps. You can remove the aluminum + thick foam core for washing the rest of the splint, but the zipper is not easy to work at all.
