Manufacturer Doesn’t Respond
I contacted the manufacturer through their website to ask some questions regarding how long to use the bulb in the different settings and other questions and they haven’t responded.

Awesome Product, Frustrating App
I love this light, it's been a game changer for my energy levels. The frustration comes with the very poorly designed app and the lack of any offline, Matter, or HomeKit support. That being said, I'd buy another one if I lost this one.

Great Product to Help Normalize Your Sleep Schedule
I love these bulbs. I've purchased many of these over the last couple years and use them throughout my house. They help me wake up with more energy and go to sleep more naturally -- I notice the difference when I'm away from them. I've had questions about best use and the TUO support team has been great about getting back to me when I reach out. The app is easy to use and bringing the bulbs online was fairly simple. Controlling these bulbs every day is easy -- the scheduling system lets me configure what I need, and I know I'm getting the right modes at the right time of day. The latest version of the app offers more schedule controls in each room with the ability to fully customize the schedule complete with fade on and fade off.

Great idea with flaws
I have had 3 of these bulbs and love the concept. Unfortunately all 3 failed in less than a year. Great idea with flawed quality control.I should add their customer service is awesome - hoping bulb #4 is too!
