I feel that Solary vitamins are good quality.

Solaray Vitamin C is said to be an effective supplement that can help with boosting the immune system. It alleges to improve symptoms such as low immunity, allergy symptoms, and frequent colds/flu. As one would find it hard to believe the effects of this supplement, their ingredient list has shown to have some sort of effect for improving your immune system. Well, with this being said... I must say that, it is true! For the first time in over 40 years, I have not had to take any allergy medication at all this year and our pollen count has been as high as 5,354. And trust me. I've tried them all... Currently I take one Solaray Vitamin C 1000mg tablet in the morning around 5:00 a.m. and one in the afternoon around 5:00 p.m., only if needed. I actually never knew this until I started taking these in December of 2018 and I ended up having no more daily allergy symptoms that needed any attention by way of OTC medication. Then I found out that Vitamin C, reduces histamine in the body which helps to control allergy symptoms. And it's actually the rose hips in this Vitamin C that helps to cause this glorious effect. This is truly a miracle!

The first bottle of these were awesome but then they changed it to a capsul (sp)

Like the time release factor of this vitamin. Also, only take it once a day. It really seems to be doing its job.

Good product at a good price

I have been taking these for a while now and really love them. I like to take 1-2 on days that I work out a lot or am overly stressed. I tend to take them before bed with my collagen to help absorption and the combo works well to reduce my soreness. I don't have any issues swallowing the pills or with the taste, but that is pretty subjective. I can definitely say I have had other pills that were both harder to swallow and tasted a lot worse. The price isn't too bad either. So overall I am happy to continue purchasing.

Only vitamin C I have taken that accurately works!
