I used this to restore my Thule roof box. I used a sponge and just rubbed it in. It immediately looked new and still looks that way now. I’d been looking and trying stuff for years, waxes, cleaners and nothing worked. Now I’m trying to figure out what else I can use it on and restore to new looking.

Works perfect, bumper looks like new!

I did not think this would really produce the results that I did but my son and I put it on our 2016 Honda pilot which had severely faded plastic bumpers and not only did it make it nice and shiny and look like brand new but it's been almost 4 or five months and it's still looking the same. Even if it started to fade now that would be well worth the money, but it seems to be holding strong.

Great product to renew faded Garage Doors and after application on January 2017 it has now faded due to severe sun exposure, HOT dry climate, and Dark Brown color which absorbs heat. The upper door section which is shaded by the roof overhang is still in great condition so I'll have to reapply like before with a cloth rag to get into the nooks & crannies of the embossed metal doors. EZ to apply or touch up and wipe off excess with a dry towel...RECOMMENDED....

I didn't think that it would make my door look new again but a friend swears by it. I ordered it and it was unbelievable how it made my door look. Great job the first time!

I was watching a TV program where a man was restoring an old Rolls Royce. He said this product is better than color restorers available in auto parts stores. When I received the Owatrol, I followed directions and was impressed by how easy it is to apply and then wipe off excess — both using a cloth. So far, the areas treated (black exterior plastic trim on 11 year old car) still look deep black and have not faded. Plan to treat interior black surfaces next. I am pleased with product.

This stuff really works. Total transformation of the black plastic on my jeep and after a long weekend of playing in the mud and multiple washes still remains looking good.

OWATROL Color Restorer is a good surface protection wax that is effective and easy to apply. It restores color and sheen, bringing back the metal flake finish's depth. It will not last a year, but maybe 6 months. I'm still looking for something that will last a year.
