Before buying this, I had tried almost everything to treat my muscle pain, including lacrosse balls and various other tools, but nothing quite hit the spot. I was actually considering buying a Thera Cane, but this product caught my eye because it looked much more stable and robust, especially being made of metal. I do not regret my choice at all. This was the only product that managed to fix the extremely tight contractures I had in my trapezius muscles. The metal construction means there is no flexing, allowing me to apply the exact amount of pressure needed. It let me reach angles and trigger points that no other tool could touch. I'm incredibly happy with this purchase. I recommend it to everyone who comes to my house complaining of knots or muscle pain. In fact, it's been so effective that I barely use it anymore because it successfully resolved my chronic issues and keeps my traps in check. Another huge plus is its versatility. I love that I can use it against a wall (without the handles) to target other areas, for example, it works wonders for releasing tight lats (dorsals). In my opinion, this is vastly superior to the Thera Cane or any plastic alternative. Highly recommended!

This is my first and only review of the year, that's how good this is! I've spent THOUSAND$$$ on back devices, somewhere kind of effective and most were pretty useless for my needs. If you have trigger points in your back, which is what I use it for, it is literally the best device that you can buy. The design makes it so your body isn't stressed while trying to reach the target point. You are able to effectively target the trigger without straining the rest of your body, which other devices do not do and probably are not effective. When your body is stressed while you are trying to release a trigger, you will never succeed, I should know I've tried to for 15 years lol. Literally have had a major knot in My back for over a decade, even massage therapist have commented on it saying this is the most tough knot they have ever seen and they are never able to fully loosen it and often give up by the end of the session. I need a super deep massage and I ask them to dig their elbow into that spot but even then it never is as effective because I have to verbally tell them what to do. This device solves that problem in that I can do the same thing and more and I know exactly where to target and how to do it as opposed to communicating this to a therapist. It is insane that it only took about 5 minutes to loosen the knot, and then hitting it every few minutes after that for like half an hour, my knot of 10+years finally released, it was INSANE!! If you're the kind that used back hooks or theracanes you know that they are effective, but you are never able to apply enough pressure, and you are never able to remain loose and stress-free while doing it there's always tension. This device solves all those problems which prevent you from releasing the trigger. If you're like me and rolling on the foam roller, lacrosse ball, tennis ball, golf ball, needing elbows digging into the back, this is the best thing I've ever used for my back and one of the cheaper items also, and it's built well. I just bought it 3 days ago and already know it's the greatest thing I bought, my knot has stayed released since the first half hour I used it, it's crazy when I came here to write this review at this product it is no longer in stock and says they will not know if it will be in stock for the future. Really fortunate to have stumbled upon it a few days ago and ordered it. NGL I took a chance and thought this would be like every other product I buy hoping for relief, you can see how someone can be skeptical after buying and trying things for decade plus and never getting the relief that's much needed. If you see it in stock just buy it!

I'm no stranger to the massage product world I've got massage canes, rollers, balls, wands, picks, and straps.. I've tried a lot of different devices in attempts to find relief from tension and the one thing thats counterproductive to relaxation is putting excessive effort forth, right? Well THAT'S where these guys got it right... What sets this device apart from the others is that little pad on the backside that allows you to position yourself up against a wall (or floor, counter, etc.) and all you have to do is lean your body weight into the massager to get the pressure necessary to relieve knots, easy as that! It's a super effective way to find relief. It even works for those difficult spots with the strongest muscles like glutes, or hips!! The option to change tips from hard to soft is a nice addition, I don't think you can ask more from such an affordable drive. I recommend this to anyone who has a tough time dealing with tension in the body.

There are not enough words to describe just how outstanding this well engineered product does for those irritating muscular knots that just don’t go away. Say goodbye to those nasty knots once and for all once you use this device. Made out of a very strong carbon steel with rubber hand grips that feel superb when in the grasp. The tool is perfectly sized, so it’s easy to move to various points on the body. It is not cumbersome at all. The massager is designed so well in terms of being angled to make moving the massager easy. The beauty of this product is it has a pivotal ball joint that fits into a a flat rubber wall non-slip wall support brace where one can lean their back on the massage head to get more pressure on the knot. There’s also a great booklet that comes with it, that talks about all the ways one can use the massager. It can be used on the hips, neck, back etc etc… Believe me you will not be disappointed with this product once purchased. I highly recommend it for anyone who has extreme tightness in their necks and shoulders, and who deal with the burden of those pesky knots. This is the knot terminator, believe me!!! Takes like 2 minutes to assemble. So easy!!!

I was recommended to buy a cheaper product by my Remedial Massage Therapist but am so happy to have ordered this particular Trigger Point Massage tool. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. It helps my very tight knots in my Neck, Shoulders and Hip.
