I got the largest size possible and was able to adjust as my weight fluctuates. Super cute and allows backless dress. And nice little push up for the chichis.

I’m only taking time to write a review so someone doesn’t waste money like I did. This is truly the worst shapewear I have ever tried. For reference I am 5’7” 160 lbs and purchased a large. It cut well above my hips, creating a terrible “love handle” look and did not smooth anything out. It also did not fit well on my back (much higher than advertised) The straps were also very difficult, and near impossible to properly adjust. The front crotch part is also not large enough to be comfortable. Luckily I am able to return this as it was an absolutely terrible product. Do not waste your money or time!!

The torso is too long but the chest area is too small. Not a good fit. Ahhh also straps are super uncomfortable.
