Good product overall. Good colors, No backlight bleeding. Sturdy stand, great ergonomics. Different modes are useful.Speakers are of no use.Power cable is of 16amp socket(god knows whose idea that was) and even any sort of converter is not provided.Brightness is 250nits...which sometimes is not enough for a room with sunlight.Except the power cable everything is expected and good at this price point.

Just have a standard 6 a cordAnd no converter provided I had to purchase the 6 to 16a converter from outside

I bought this monitor last month for coding work, and it's been a great choice. It has significantly reduced eye strain, especially since I switched from a laptop. The 24-inch size is ideal for coding, at least in my experience, and I don't see the need for a larger screen. The 1080p resolution works perfectly on a 24-inch display.The built-in speakers are pretty useless, but that's not a big deal since I use external speakers anyway. It fulfills its purpose as a monitor very well, and overall, I'm happy with the purchase. I got it for around ₹8,000 during a sale, and it's definitely worth it. Highly recommended within the ₹10,000 price range.

Very good product. Value for money. BNQ service is also very fast and really good. I bought this monitor. It had some dead pixels, Contacted BENQ they asked me to send invoice and other details. I sent them. Next day their technician came to my house. Inspected the monitor recognized the problem. And in 7 days i got the replacement with brand new monitor. Thank you so much team BENQ.

AVOID THIS MONITOR LIKE THE PLAGUE!I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay away from BenQ Monitors GW2490T Model From the moment I unboxed it, I've been dealing with a dead pixel issue that's made the monitor practically unusable. Text is blurry, eyes are straining, and I'm fed up with the poor quality. And if that's not enough, the built-in speakers are subpar - the sound is very low and barely audible. It's like they're not even trying.Customer care? Forget about it! I've reached out multiple times, and they've completely ignored my issues. When I tried to return it, they gave me a ridiculous excuse that since the box was opened, they wouldn't accept the return. The worst part? This condition was nowhere mentioned on the BenQ website! It's clear they're trying to scam customers.To add insult to injury, BenQ's customer care didn't even bother to send a technician to check the problem. No solution, no help, no nothing. It's like they're not even bothered.The specs on paper look great, but the reality is a disaster. This monitor is a lemon, and I regret buying it. Don't waste your money on this piece of junk. You're better off looking elsewhere for a decent monitor that actually works as promised.

Doesn't rotate horizontally as advertised. The whole base has to be rotated if you want to change the monitor's direction. Display is good.

Very good budget monitor for 27 inch. It has a build in speaker too which is not too loud though but yeah serves it's purpose. Screen clarity would be a little less as it is just FHD not 2k. So please buy wisely. If you are okay with normal clarity then definitely you can buy this but if you are more onto the streaming and gaming then you must reconsider.
