Summary of 12 Rules For Life: An Antidote To Chaos By Jordan B Peterson

Who wrote this summary and do they actually speak English?
This summary is one of the most poorly written books I have yet to encounter. It quickly became obvious to me that English is the writer's second language. The grammatical errors alone would fill a volume, many of the sentences lack verbs, and the punctuation errors are numerous. Overall, the book is barely readable. Here's a sample taken from the back cover of the summary: "In this book you will learn how to alleviate yourself to higher standards..." Did the writer mean elevate rather than alleviate? Who knows? If you pay a dollar for this book you will pay at least 99 cents too much.

DO NOT BUY
It seems that people who have positive feed back from this book do so because of how great the works of Dr. Peterson are. This book is not his work, but a summary of it. My review is strictly over this summary. This piece is extremely short, about 40 pages with double spacing. Most of the content is explaining abstract concepts in several ways but doesn’t make the direct, blunt connections that Dr. Peterson does. The book is full of typos and grammatical errors. If you really want to get something out of reading Dr. Peterson’s content, buy his book. Don’t support someone who threw together a loose, unedited summary.

Thought Provoking
I found Mr. Peterson to be very much of the same mindset as myself, which interested me. I had hoped to gain a new insight as to how I should live my life. Based on this work, I seem to be on track. My one issue is the abundance of grammatical errors in this piece. To me, that is unforgivable as proofreading is available from many sources. I find it terribly distracting to the composition. Always.

Lousy editing!
I am really disappointed with this book. It is poorly written and poorly edited. If you're interested in Jordan Peterson's "12 Rules For Live" just buy that book and read it. Peterson's own work is a far better read. The Knowledge Academy didn't do Peterson's own work justice. I'm sorry I bothered with this--a waste of money.

So poorly written I'm embarrassed to own it
This summary is so poorly written that the time commitment required to decipher and process these 42 pages exceeds that required for 200 page "normal" book. One can't even trust that the Summary is accurate since it's full of incomplete and nonsensical sentences.I gave up and purchased the full copy - for $5 more than this trash cost.

Taking a look at natural human responses to adversity!
I'm loving this summary even though thought I was ordering the book. Way I see it, if I've gained solid information that brings me abreast to understanding how we operate in adversity or calmness ect., really don't care if it's chiseled on a stone, i've personally won!

Summary by Jordan Peterson Review
I read "Summary of the 12 rules for Life" and was very disappointed. The author writes in a "flow of consciousness" style that lacks coherency or any semblance of developing his theme. Thoughts are disjointed and 100% of the data and studies that he describes lack citations/references. I am also at a loss for the book's heading "Knowledge Academy" which is the antithesis of what he is proposing. Skip this read and save $15.
