Rotors are not coated. It might lead to premature rust if not oiled annually
The product is a great fit and comes with the wear sensors required. The reprogramming of the computer cannot be done without a scanning tool and some knowledge. I just disabled the wear feature. The rotors are not coated and this could lead to premature rust in northern environments where they use salt for the winter roads. If you service them when you rotate tires.(A quick shot of oil) you should be fine. The original GM system only lasted 50K so these can be any worse :)
