Working on a computer or any other consistent repetitive hand movement will cause wrist, palm and finger pain. This set of hand exercisers enhance hand, wrist, palm and finger strength. Especially the finger strengthener which functions with muscles that extend your fingers. The size fits my small hand. The items are made of quality material and are durable. The functionality of the equipment is excellent. After researching and pricing I found these to be the best value for my money.

The rings are great for grip strengthening. The bands are fantastic for the finger extensor muscles, which easily get overlooked in normal training. Problem is they are fragile. The yellow one (least resistance) broke within the first month of use. 4 out of 5 stars.

Started using these grip trainers and they are very sturdy, easy to use and I haven’t been training daily and no pain! My grip has improved and it’s way cheaper than the ones “trending” online.

Very good quality product. Works well inward and outward. My hands feel great and strong after using this product. Perfect size for my hands. I recommend to anyone who wants strong hands or someone who uses hands for their work.

These items arrived exactly as described, and they work perfectly. The grips are as challenging as described, and the price was basically a steal for what you get. My hands and wrists are getting a healthy workout.

Have these sitting on my desk and get daily use. Seem durable and have become a part of my daily routine. Durable and great value for your money. My hands are no big but not small and have I’ve been able to utilize both sets.

Good quality but best for people with small hands and slim fingers. The photo on Amazon of the finger strength band showing the product well down the finger is not something I could achieve. On my fingers, the loops are on the finger tips. The grip ring is ok for large hands though.
