I recently purchased an office chair from BeAAtho, and I am quiet satisfied with my purchase. The product quality is reasonably great as per price segment. I like the design and the comfort. It provides good support for long working hours. Also, DIY assembling guide is very easy to follow.However, I would expect them to improve customer support and after sales service. There was minor issue and it took more than a month to resolve it. Also, not all Allen-keys are part of product, such as, for handles screw.

Good product , very comfortable

I wouldn't recommend this chair for a long time sitting. It's not comfortable, and the headrest is also hardly of any use. Recline doesn't lock and it's very stiff. The only good thing about this product is aesthetics, can't expect the back support to support your back. It will start paining after a few hours. Had my wife not thrown away the box, I would have returned it. Because at the half of the price you can buy similar chair from a local furniture store.

The product looks ok and is fair in terms of comfort. However, i have not seen a review which mentions a flaw about this chair.The size of the chair is small as compared to the regular office chairs you have in offices or get in the market - and i am an average build individual. I feel this should really be called a kids chair.Lesson : compare the size of the chairs before buying - you’ll find it is on the smaller side.
