Such a handy and sturdy product, use this for keeping door access cards on me and easy to use. The length is more than enough needed to swipe your cards into doors/use a key. Quite a strong retractable spring. So far it hasn’t dropped any of my cards and I’ve recommended it to all of my colleagues.

Solid case build, very strong tension on the steel cable rewind. Bit chunkier than I would have preferred, but anticipating this will stand up to a lot of use and should last a long time!

The product seems very good quality BUT I may return/replace as for my application, the return force is too high and perhaps I should have selected a less heavy duty item. It would be useful if there was a version available which was able to be 'locked/unlocked' at any extension point. Perhaps the inclusion of a 'ratchet' with a 'release' button would satisfy. It's intended use, is as a secure retaining device for an I phone. The plan is to carry the phone in a leg/hip/side pocket, attached to my belt for security taking benefit of the SS wire. I am considering a modification to attach a variable 'stop' device to the wire, so that it is 'preset' to a chosen pre-extension point. Of course, I do not want the the phone to be 'dangling' from my belt which would be the result in the absence of the mod.
