While this foam ball is expensive, it has saved me...
I need a certain size foam ball for rolling out my upper traps and neck. This thing saves me from excruciating headaches. You might ask, why so much for a foam ball? It's a good question. This ball has the right amount of pressure and density for rolling out my muscles. I have multiple - one for home and one for work. It's worth the investment.

Amazing relief as I learn how to use it
I like the firmness of this massage ball. It is wonderful for releasing my back (2 tied together in a sock), rolled down either side of my spine. Also perfect for facial release of pec minor and other neck and shoulder regions.
