Good bags
These fit the compost bin and really help to keep it cleaner. The only difficulty we're having is the collectors either try to empty the bag, or, haul it out of the bin and if it is very, very full, it will break, defeating the purpose. When they just lift the bin and take the bag and its contents, all is well. The bags are great, we just need to continue training the collectors. We use the smaller version of these bags for household trash cans - the idea being that even if the trash is not recyclable or compostable, at least we are not adding to the problem with yet another plastic bag.

Keep your can clean....
Buy two boxes... very strong and decomposes.

They slip if not secured, but it is better than having to wash out trash cans all the time.
I like that it lines the big trash cans given by our trash company, however, if the products are slimy or there is a lot of grass, twig, or brush debris, the bags can easily tear. I wish it would be stronger! I love the fact that I can get a lot and use them over the months. What I do is buy large rubber bands to hold the bags in place so they don't fall into the large cans!

Well constructed organic waste bags
Each of thesee bags have a strengthened bottom, and therefor hold up quite well.

I use these bags to hold waste from my pet goats
I use these bags to hold waste from my pet goats. The thought that the bags as well as the waste can go back to the environment is very comforting. I encourage everyone to start using compostable/biodegradable bags and urge your law makers to make this into law. These bags are quite strong and hold up well. The only thing is that they send me the 96 gallon (!) instead of the 39 gallons. The bags themselves are great! Highly recommend!

Awful product. Waste of money & NOT environmentally friendly
To start - these bags are off-sized for squared bins other 8-gallon bags fit perfectly, so I have to stretch them to fit. Far more importantly, they are pretty much useless for damp waste, so I've had to double them up, and they are still turning to mush. I would, this, imagine that a few days of rain would reduce them to gummy mush, too. Unless you're planning to compost your bags of trash yourself, I highly doubt they'd last even a day of the trip on truck and/or barge to a landfill which means that all trash you've put in them will spill out en route. That, of course, completely defeats the point of trash bags altogether.I have used numerous brands of biodegradable, compostable bags, and these are the only ones that are so obviously ill-suited to their supposed purpose. I wasted well over $100 (the price seems to have gone down to $109 now) on 500 of these. Using two at a time brings that "bargain" down considerably. As even two aren't holding up, I'll probably have to buy a different brand, so I'll be out even more money. Environmental issues are EXTREMELY important to me (as they are to us all, though many do not acknowledge it), so paying more than I can really afford is something I do as often as I can manage. Companies like BioBag are not helping.

Great Product
These bags work great. They don't tear at all and love that they help the environment.
