I did my research & after reading some of the reviews, decided to go with this laptop anyway, as had Dell before & know their solidly built.I don't take my laptop out of the house, unless I go on holiday.So most of others negative points don't count for me,Yes it's a slightly heavier laptop, however don't understand why that would stop ppl taking this out and about.The power pack is a brick hehe, but again, I wouldn't find it an issue and I've spinal problems,So not an issue guys, take it out and enjoy!The colours and sound on this laptop are spot on, I play mmorpg game & this comfortably deals with that,I've put ove 13000 photos & 517 videos on this laptop & it's dealt with all that wonderfully.I'm hoping to get Photoshop for art and add an art tablet,It has a monitor, connected as the screen is slightly smaller than the one I had previously, but again not really an issue,I will be getting more external storage for various projects and I'm very happy that this laptop is solidly built, colours are fantastic, my game I've played for 10 years has Nvr looked so good, it's improved my speed in PvP and upped my gaming ability that my 8 year old laptop just couldn't contend with.I'm more than happy to recommend this laptop.Ignor the negative points, this laptop will last for years, it's well built, excellent colour & sound , I've had for four days & played many hours already.Slight niggle is It gets quite warm on the top left on the laptop but I got a decent cooling fan with it, so I'd assume that without a cooling fan, that could be an issue, coulda done with an extra usb port, but I'll get a usb extension so it's an easy solve.It's the 1st time I've set up a laptop solo, I'm a techno phobe, yet I managed it fine.Only issue I had is with an add-ons website for my game, wouldn't swop from one laptop to the other but I'll get there in the end lol.

It's a great laptop, runs all the games i could ask for. I have trouble with bright lights however and it is quite bright even at its lowest settings. The laptop does get loud if you are playing a graphically high pc game as the fan goes full power. It does get a little warm, not hot just slightly warm. I would recommend anyone getting this to buy a laptop cooling fan. Also measure how wide it is going to be for your desk, as it is quite a chunky laptop and does weigh a fair bit.

I was hesitant after reading some reviews, but I can confidently say that this is indeed an excellent laptop. I believe that photos or videos don't fully capture its quality, so here’s my detailed recommendation. The laptop is robust and a bit heavier than its competitors, with a plastic build that is nonetheless attractive and of good quality. It has a backlit keyboard and an outstanding configuration of a high-quality graphics card and processor. An important point: for optimal performance, it's necessary to update the drivers directly from the manufacturer's website to ensure better performance. The heat dissipation is solid, and the laptop delivers on its promises.Weak points: aside from the weight (which I don't consider an issue), the charger—the AC adapter, in this case—is large and cumbersome, so mobility is somewhat "affected." Additionally, when used at high performance (like gaming with the graphics card), the battery drains quite quickly, but keeping it plugged in solves this. The device has a safety mechanism to preserve battery life. Overall, I recommend it; I’m using it for gaming and work, and the results are satisfactory.

It was a product that I bought after carefully examining its features and consulting with my friends. It is a beast with its 13th generation i5 processor and GeForce RTX graphics card. It accelerates its speed with the 512 GB m.2 SSD installed in the first slot. Increased the capacity to 1TB by inserting the other M.2 SSD I had into its second slot. If necessary, 2x16 GB RAM can be added in the future. The 165hz anti-glare screen offers a very smooth and clear image. It has 3 USB 3.2 ports. These ports can provide high data transfer service. There is 1 HDMI and 1 USB-C port, you can transfer images from both. As with every comment, I will talk about the battery and charger. The battery lasts for a long time during normal use, but if you start high-performance operations, it starts to drain the battery by requiring more energy, like all systems. Especially the dual fan inside it does a good job, although it is a bit noisy in terms of reducing the temperature of the processor and graphics card. But I think this is not a problem, in fact it is necessary to continue that great performance. As for the charger, it's not a charger, it's literally a murder weapon :D To avoid hospitalizing anyone, make sure it doesn't hit someone's head. So far it was excellently handled by the delivery driver, and it also looks great and very high quality.The power brick is bigger than what I was expecting and maybe what people will expect, but nothing too problematic or hard to handle though.So far value for money is solid, screen quality and audio looking great. I'll be trying it out for 3D modelling, animation and Unreal Engine work and 2D animation but so far excellent product.The fans or make a rather nice sound that reminds me of the waves of the sea.I looked around for this and have experience with Dell who do get a lot of flak, but stuff I got from them have all been pretty solid and last a long time. Have to see how this holds up and how it will run as I do 3D and unreal work on it.
