## Overview

The DUST COMMANDER DUST-SP is a precision-engineered anti-crush valve designed to safeguard plastic drums used with DUST COMMANDER cyclone filters. Featuring an adjustable spring mechanism, it automatically relieves pressure to prevent drum collapse during hose clogs. Compatible with plastic barrels up to 60 liters and built from durable alloy steel and plastic, this valve ensures reliable, long-term protection and seamless integration with select DUST COMMANDER models.

## Description

Anti-crushing valve for plastic drums. Consisting of a valve and an adjustable spring, this valve will open automatically to limit the maximum depression in a plastic drum used with a cyclone separator and protect it from entrapment. The spring should be adjusted so that the valve remains closed during normal use and only opens when the suction hose or nozzle becomes clogged. This valve is recommended for the use of DUST COMMANDER CLC, DLX and HD models mounted on plastic drums (60 l max recommended). This valve is not usable for use with our DUST COMMANDER XL and XL+ filters because the vacuum generated by HVLP (high volume, low pressure) systems is not sufficient to cause the collapse of a plastic or kraft vessel. Also the kits with DUST COMMANDER S30, S60, X30 and X60 steel barrels require the use/installation of this valve because they are strong enough not to be crushed in the event of clogging of the nozzle or hose.

Puedes montar una válvula antiretorno de fontanería si la tienes, pero si no es regulable quizás el muelle haga poca fuerza. Mejor emplear esta válvula que es regulable con una tuerca con freno.

Funciona correctamente, sin esta válvula el cubo de tu aspirador ciclónico se puede aplastar y colapsar. Puedes montar una válvula antiretorno de fontanería si la tienes, pero si no es regulable quizás el muelle haga poca fuerza. Mejor emplear esta válvula que es regulable con una tuerca con freno.
