I used them to replace the ones my dad was given at the hospital and these are a great replacement. They Velcro well, and they are easy to clean.

I have been wearing a neck brace 24 hours a day for the last 6 months, so I now consider myself to be an expert on the subject! I have tried 3 collars and this one is the best. The pads are thick and comfortable. They make it so much easier to sleep in the collar and they increase the support because there are no gaps between your neck and the brace. I am 5' tall and have a short neck so I ordered an MJ-300 short and it fits so much better than the one they gave me at the hospital. Definitely take advantage of the different size and shape options.

I had neck surgery 3 months ago and have been wearing one of these ever since. The one I have met with an unfortunate accident and though I could still wear it, it didn’t provide the support I need. Enter Amazon. This arrived two days early, which I appreciate! Though nobody wants to have to wear one of these, they should be relatively comfortable if you have to. This one is, even though I don’t have anything else to compare it to. This is a very good neck brace. Adjustable in many areas for a custom fit. Easy to put on without assistance. Not irritating to the skin. Doesn’t make you hot and sticky. Excellent support. I would prefer the padding be a bit thicker but I’m high maintenance. LOL. Really though. It’s fine the way it is. I recommend this neck brace.

Like the product it has helped me. however, I itch all under my chin, from the blue material. I don't want to return the neck brace, but I want something to fix the itchness around my ears and under my chin

The collar itself was really great. Unfortunately I had the wrong size. I am very tall 6'. But what I ordered the tall it just did not fit me at all it was way too big. I have a super long neck and my other Miami J cervical collar that I have fits me perfectly and it was ordered as a tall for some reason this one was just way too large. It is a strong and sturdy collar. It only came with one set of pads that go up against your skin. Usually these see callers come with 2 sets so that you can wash 1 while you were using another 1. I did not like that at all because I needed to wear this colour 24 hours A-day I really need something that has pads I can change out so that I can wash one set and still be able to wear the collar while they are in the wash. This collar is easily adjustable and I think it looks really cool as well.

It gave me hives on my neck. There is some kind of chemical in the padding. I googled and someone else had a picture of this same device and they got hives too and they were trying to tell people how not to get hives. There is no FDA pre-market approval required for OTC cervical braces and they have low regulatory scrutiny. The foam doesn’t have to be tested for skin sensitization. I just wanted better posture to prevent tech neck, I feel sorry for people who are actually required to wear this.

I ordered XS replacement pads. These are not XS. They’re like twice the size. Now my collar doesn’t fit.

This product allows me to get out of the house and ride (not drive!) to places again. I really missed being able to visit my mom, and I can go more safely now with this product. It keeps me from developing whiplash during turns and defensive maneuvers, which is pretty easy to do when your neckbones are as severely compromised as mine and the only things holding your head up are your muscles. Thank you for opening my doors to a little more freedom! However: don't drive while wearing this, it is basically a free-form hans device that does not connect to a seat and you can't turn your head to see what is about to run a red light and t-bone your vehicle! I leave it off around the house so said muscles don't get too lazy, but it sure helps when the headaches hit and I need support!
