Q: Do they make a formula for stained eyelids or can you use this?

Any area you want to protect - like the eyelid, being a vegetarian, I use Un-Petroleum Multi Purpose Jelly by Alba Botanica. When finished dying just wipe it off. And if coloring your hair, use it anywhere dye would touch your skin

Q: Does this remove nanobladed eyebrow tattoo?

No. I bought this to remove micro shade error and did not work to remove tattoo type. I did not tint maybe this works on hair tint but not skin tatto such as permanent makeup.
