I purchased this pillow after I started having some lower back pain recently and I am so glad I did. The support was perfect for my back and helped me sleep much better. It works perfectly when I sleep on my back and also can provide support if placed between legs when sleeping on my side. The shape is just right. It was just the right thickness and seems very durable...not to thick or thin. I like that the cover can be removed and washed. It is a perfect size to take with you if needed.

Love it, it’s taking away my back pain during the night which is a huge relief.
