My TL;DR summary? This is solid after I guessed where to install the rubber pads.I got a moment of silence after the kids are off to bed and installed this on my Rogue Monster Lite so I haven't had the chance to use it, yet.Good on them for not wasting money and polluting the world with more cheapo wrenches. I already have too many cheapo wrenches and allen keys from IKEA. Unlike IKEA, this equipment has no instructions for me to laugh at :(It was fun trying to guess where to put these sticky rubber pads where they didn't explain it on any of their videos or pictures. I placed mine horizontal on the back plate since it fit perfectly in that orientation and vertical on the middle of the front plate to give as much vertical coverage.Once the rubber was on, it wasThe insert pin was a tiny bit smaller than my other Rogue attachments, but it doesn't matter since the equipment is a perfect fit for my rack once I put the rubber pads in place. It actually takes a little work to twist this onto the rack. It's practically clamped into place and not budging.Overall, I was pleasantly surprised this company built a genuinely solid and useful piece of equipment.

So I had parts all over the box, essentially the way it was packaged originally lead to the hardware being easy to fall out and be spread out through the box. I was likewise missing some hardware which I ended up replacing with some space hardware I already had in my garage.Apart from that, the unit itself is fantastic. It's heavy duty and of great quality. They just need to do a better job at creating a more consumer friendly packaging so that the boxes don't fall apart and everything manages to stay intact.

This is a very well-made, heavy steel attachment for your power cage with either 5/8" or 1" holes. It fits perfectly onto my Ritfit M1 Smith/pulley cage and provides much-needed stability to hold me down when doing lat pulldowns. It has plenty of adjustment and includes (2) locking pins - one for the attachment to the power cage and one for the adjustment holes.The attachment has some "slop" when it is not in use, but as soon as you push your knees upwards onto the pads, it is rock solid. I was struggling with performing lat pulldowns on my Ritfit cage, but now I can't wait to do them!! This is a game-changer. If you own a power cage with a pulley system, this is a must-have accessory...it really isn't an accessory - it is requisite!My only gripe (very minor) is that there is an inset screw which ostensibly locks the 1" chrome adaptor onto the 5/8" shaft. The head of the screw is a small Phillips, not an Allen as it should be. The small Phillips head limits the amount of torque you can apply to make sure the adapter doesn't come loose over time and fall into the 1" hole of your power cage. I'm going to try and find a replacement Allen head screw to avoid a mishap. Perhaps some thread locker too.Overall - highly recommended!!

Does not fit Bells of Steel cable tower. Hope this helps someone else.
