Troy Bilt Bronco
Perfect fit for a Troy Bilt Bronco mower.Belt feels fairly stiff, but that's probably a good thing since it'll be less likely to stretch out (and fall off) like the original belt.Used it to mow the yard without any issues.

Different Part Number
I was concerned when I first saw the belt package.When I ordered the product page stated the part number as 754-04060 / 954-04060 which is what my mower takes.However, the belt I received lists the part number as 754-05056 / 954-05056. But the measurements are the same as my original belt size - 96.5 x 1/2 inches.Well, after a bit of struggling and banging of knuckles, the new belt is in place and working fine. The mower blades are again going round and round as they should be.This belt seemed a bit stiffer than ones I've dealt with before, but that's probably just because it was new and had never been stretched before.Anyway, so far so good - still not sure why the package has a different part number than what was advertised and also what was labeled on the plastic bag that it came in.

Direct fit for Troy Bilt 42 Pony; good performance
This belt was a direct fit for my Troy Bilt Pony 42 mower. Installation was straightforward with no hassles. The belt lined up side-by-side to the factory belt was identically sized. The performance is good, solid engagement and smooth disengagement. So far I recommend this belt and will update my review if necessary.

Lasted Just Under 5 Minutes on our Troy Bilt Pony, Had to Put the Old One Back On
We decided to replace our old deck belt for our Troy Bilt Pony riding lawnmower, as it's been on there for around 2 years already. However, after putting this "954-04060C Deck Belt" on the mower and mowing for under 5 minutes, it broke off. It was installed correctly.There's some sort of fabric-like material on/in this belt and isn't as good quality as our old one (which we had to put back on the lawnmower). I don't know if this is a common thing with this brand belt or if it's a fluke, but for me, this was a huge disappointment. Next time I plan on getting something different. Thanks for reading.
