Sturdy and Reliable Handicap Grab Bars!
These handicap grab bars are an absolute lifesaver for elderly adults! The flip-up design is incredibly convenient, providing support when needed and folding neatly out of the way when not in use. What truly sets these bars apart is their sturdiness. They must attach to a stud in the wall, but once properly installed, they feel incredibly secure. No worries about them ripping out! These grab bars offer peace of mind and stability for anyone who needs extra support in the bathroom. Five stars without a doubt!

Works for me
My life has gotten a little easier since my good neighbor installed this twin bar for me. He reports it was not the easiest installation, but that was due in large part to the peculiar configuration of my walls and toilet enclosure, which made the place only just wide enough to affix the handlebars. I wouldn't call them more utilitarian than decorative in appearance, but it is the best and easiest on the eyes kind of utilitarian, which should fit well in any style of bathroom. The rings near the ends of the bars glow quite well and should be a help if and when the electric power goes out. Thus far, these bars have proven their worth in helping me keep my back and torso straight while getting up from the john.

solid design
make sure you install this into a stud! failure to do so could cause harm and damage.i wish i went with one with a support leg that drops down, but folds out of the way when lifted.for $30, this could help someone maintain some dignity!

Do NOT use the anchors provided!!!
The media could not be loaded. This was a total disaster installing. From the (not products fault) lack of space to install, to the (products fault) very cheap anchors that couldn't hold the screws they were provided with, to the angles of the screw locations and the angle of the rail -vs- the cap covers/rail arm braces. I honestly don't know if I 100% trust this because it's not installed in a stud (which I think it 100% needs to be), as opposed to using anchors & screws. It's sturdy but not. When I marked all the holes for the anchor, I got the anchors in, struggled but succeeded to screw in the screws and when I let go, it literally just slid back out the wall. Not the anchors, but the screws OUT of the anchors. I went to the hardware store and bought MUCH sturdier anchors and screws and used them instead. It went in easier and it's holding, but if my mom had to put ALL her weight on it or if I had to lean against it to assist her, god forbid, I'm not completely sure it would stay in the wall. I'm very disappointed in this product. The PIECE itself, is very strong. I would say, if you have the space for it, the correct anchors & screws AND/OR a STUD to attach this to, then this would probably be ideal. However, this installation was a B and they need better anchors/screws to install it.

Quality great, installation not possible where I wanted it.
We tried to build our house with super duper heavy reinforcements where we wanted to install rails in bathrooms in the future, but our stud finder tells us that that didn’t actually happen in the bathroom where we wanted to put this. There are tiny people in my family and large people in my husbands family, so any installation in our house may have to serve wildly varying sizes of people in the future, and the biggest ones being safe ends up being the qualifier. We couldn’t figure out a way to install it safely without ripping out a wall and installing additional wood. Which sucks, because it’s a good looking piece of equipment. Measure where you want to put it before you order it, and confirm with a stud finder (or your framing pictures, like we kept) you’ve got strong reinforcements back there. The bar itself seems plenty robust. It’s just the attachment point we couldn’t negotiate.
