Great little moka pot with tons of extras. I have a few Bialettis and was looking for something different while not breaking the bank.Fill up to the 120ml line (not up to the valve as you usually would). Leave it on low/medium heat. Doing that mine hasn't spilled, sprayed or otherwise malfunctioned yet. Perfect coffee everytime.

Used product for a two weeks. Happy with the coffee it makes. The only thing would like to point, the handle came out after one week of use. Can still use the product, so only 4 stars.

The media could not be loaded.  Overall, this Bincoo moka pot is very well made and has a nice even finish. It heats up very quickly on my induction burner with an adapter plate. The ground leveler is really nice too as is having two different baskets. One is like a traditional moka pot with a funnel on the bottom and the other is flat. The latter goes into the middle section that is supposed to help regulate water flow.A few other reviews mention that the coffee sprays everywhere. I think this is due to a couple different reasons. Most instructions for a moka pot will have the user fill the boiler up to just below the safety valve. If one uses it that way, the amount of coffee produced will nearly fill the collection reservoir and will be over the valve cap. When this happens and the last bit of coffee & steam comes gushing out, the collected coffee splashes everywhere. This pot has a line inside the pot indicating the “full” level and that is about 120ml of water vs 160 if filled to just below the safety valve. Reducing the amount of water used will help keep the collection reservoir from overflowing. The other issue with coffee spraying everywhere is the valve in the collection part. It doesn’t move until there is a lot of pressure behind it, so when t he coffee does come out, it is with a lot of force and that can cause what is in the collection reservoir to splash out. If the valve is in place, it can also cause other leaks to occur even if the both parts are screwed together tight (see attached video).My solution to the splashing and leaking is to just remove the rubber stopper and spring that makes up the valve under the cap in the collection reservoir (see photo). It will then behave like a regular moka pot and not make a mess. Like this Bialetti Brikka, this is supposed to help make crema, but the mess created is not worth it. If one wants crema, but the result in a blender for a few seconds.

I purchased this product several months ago for my father for his birthday. He has used it scarcely because of a difficulty in preventing the contraption from splashing vigorously and causing a big mess. The product only occasionally does not sputter, when using the thermometer-middle piece, but it almost always splashes vigorously when changing the pieces to use just the smaller, simplified moka pot. I have tried it myself, and cannot come up with any solution to avoid this mess. I have tried tightening the pot more, reducing the water level far below the line, reducing the coffee amount, using coarser grain, finer, etc. It is our suspicion that the product is faulty altogether and we are firm in our belief that a product of this kind should not be anywhere near this difficult to use. I have a mokapot myself, from a different brand and have not had problems with splashing a single time! I really admire the Bincoo brand, and wanted to spend a little bit more money for a nicer moka pot for my father, but I am having a hard time justifying returning to this company in the future. Unfortunately, I am already past the 30-day return period because my father is old and does not know how to return the product, despite our scarcely using the product.

This excellent coffee maker produces a coffee drink with the mouth feel of moka style coffee along with a thick layer of crema. I strongly advise you to use a low heat source. I use an induction cooker with an adapter, as the coffee maker is made of aluminum. With a heat setting of 3 out of 9, the coffee maker produces excellent coffee.
