Cervical Posture Strap/Clavicle Brace

It hurts the neck. Could not get it to adjust

It is comfortable and it works. My back feels so much better as my posture improves as a result of this posture strap. I tried those jog bra looking types of posture straps and boy did they hurt and cut into my skin...without doing what they were supposed to. I was hesitant to try this one. So glad I did- I even wear it while driving, putting on make-up...and have learned how to hold my posture better during those tricky activities where I start slack...when I don't wear the strap.

Be aware - this device comes with the warning that you need to use it with the pictured head weighting kit, or else using it can cause muscle atrophy and worsen the problem. The head weighting kit is not included and costs an additional 69 dollars.

This strap is comfortable to wear and serves as a reminder to hold my shoulders back instead of rounded forward. I would recommend it along with exercises to anyone who is attempting to correct their posture.

The strap arrived quickly and is very good quality. It really does help me to stand up straighter, even after I have worn it and taken it off.
