The Million Pound Drop Game

A great version of the tv programme, great for young and old!!. I gave it 4 stars because I thought the table top could have been made out of plastic, rather than cardboard. The cardboard was a little tricky to get to fit properly and over time it could tear or deteriorate.

A very good product that mirrors the TV game quite well, although you have to be careful as the trap doors can drop quite easily.Well boxed with good instructions.Delivered on time and well packaged.

The game itself its quite fun. The cards with the questions on are confusing when it comes to the answers to the questions. The rules state "The answers are on the opposite side of the card to the question itself". In face, the multiple choice OPTIONS are on the opposite side to the question, but the correct answers are actually on the same side of the card as the question. They really should be more clear about this one in the rule book, I think!The table is made out of thick cardboard and the trapdoors are plastic, as well as the card holder part in the middle.For RRP of £25, I think they could have designed it better and made the game battery operated, so you put the card in the slot, and it knows which trapdoors to drop though a microchip of some kind, or a remote to drop the doors one at a time at your choosing.Aside from the glaring flaws of the product, it is actually quite fun to play, especially if you play in teams of two, and one I will be playing over the christmas with the family for sure!

Excellent game a lot of fun had after the inital palava of setting it up and it is a bit flimsy sometimes the drops are a bit of a disaster but overall great fun.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. I have to agree with a lot of the other reviews. Although the concept of the game is good the whole playing experience is spoilt by the extremely poor quality of the trap door mechanism - basically it just does not work - the trap doors do not open with a gentle tap. I can't believe the the manufacturer of this game has released it in the format it is in. We have actually adapted the game and instead of using the trap doors we are using cardboard which we slide out to release the money. It works OK and a least means we can play without getting frustrated!! See photo attached.I would not recommend this game because of this, which is a shame because with a little more thought it could have been a really good game.

quick delivery perfect game for parties we really enjoyed it over Christmas and new year hols trap doors could be more secure hoping makers will replace one of mine.
