Alot of work, but worth it
It seemed pretty scary at first assembling this, but with the video that they provided me (which I got through customer support) it was faily easy. The finished product looks great and feels great!

It’s okay!
Not impressed with this product at all. It’s difficult to put together, the seats are hard. The quality is not good very and it’s much smaller than it looks on the photo BUT you get what you pay for so it’s about what I should have expected for the price. I would not recommend this product to a friend if they asked.

Absolutely useless, worthless & a scam!
The 3 huge boxes came with all parts mixed and matched, no section was all together, when we were able to finally get it started we spent 3 days just trying to find the pieces needed, there was pieces that didn’t match/fit- and the support under the seats wouldn’t have supported my cat much less a human being. Unfortunately due to the fact that the return isn’t through Amazon but through the seller it was quoted around 150$ PER box (there are 3) due to how heavy they are, so almost 600$ to ship back a worthless couch we spent almost 900$ for, and as soon as you request the return you get a notice stating the seller will only cover up to 30$ for shipping, which is obviously a joke, all things considered. NOT WORTH IT! THIS IS A SCAM. Do not buy this product!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Uncomfortable/Hard Cushions.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this sleeper sofa over others because of the extra storage feature. The product arrived days faster than expected in 2 boxes as described. Once I got it unpacked, it took about 3 hours to assemble by myself using an electric screwdriver. The process seemed pretty simple. Overall, it was as advertised.My problem is with the comfort. The cushions are extremely hard. Had done more research, I would have seen others saying the same. The back/sides also dont seem to be tall enough which makes sitting o bit a bit awkward.

Hard to assemble
The couch is lovely however it’s very hard to put together mainly when connecting them. Other than that it’s very structurally sound. Sleeps well. Once’s all everything fluffs up it’s super comfortable and helps my back when I’m hurting I’m a plus size person and it holds all my weight.
