Great for desserts
I use these items for my business for our cream based desserts; chocolate mousse and lemon posset. They make the dessert look great and allow for portion control for our guests. Sometimes some come in cracked and I can't use them, but for the most part, they are all in tact.

Several came cracked and were unusable. Better packaging would be a big help. Otherwise they were alright.
