Children love these.
There are 8 or 9 stories in this series and each of them I have read to my grandchildren over and over again. They love them not only for the rhyming stories but for the glorious pictures. Highly recommended. (I liked reading them as well)

My son and daughter enjoyed this story. There are references to Jack and the Beanstalk so children who are familiar with that story may enjoy this story more.
