Help if possible
The product purchased in December refund option expired 1st Jan. It’s only been used for 4 weeks and has a spilt but there are no options to contact the seller, return a faulty item. I am in an Amazon loop unable to do anything. I loved the product everything was perfect and I hate to complain but don’t know how else to flag this to the Seller and amazon

Cold tub for those that like a cold bath
My wife goes running a lot and goes to a local gym for various workouts. She very often takes a cold shower on getting home so this tub came in for a bit of experimenting with.I was amazed at how easy this is to assemble. Well, not assemble, just pull it up and it clicks into place. The next problem is getting enough ice to fill it. The average ice tray in a fridge goes nowhere near it.We set it up in the garden and filled it from an outside tap.It was cold, not ice cold but still cold enough to take your breath away. My wife jumped in and lasted about three minutes. She came out shivering but feeling exhilarated. As a cold bath It certainly works. Not so sure how to work it as an ice bath though. The literature says there should be a lid included, but there wasn’t, which was a bit disappointing as it would have been useful to cover it and reuse the water the next day. Without a lid, and it being outside, meant emptying it and storing it between uses. With the weight of the water in a full tub I’m not sure I would trust it upstairs. As I said, it’s an easy open and close tub, easy to store and if you like a cold dip after a workout then it’s an ideal addition.

Easy and Effective Foldable Ice Bath Tub
I've been testing out this foldable ice bath tub, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my recovery routine! The one-second installation is no exaggeration, it’s incredibly easy to set up and take down, making it perfect for quick recovery sessions after a workout. The multiple layers provide excellent insulation, keeping the water cold for a long time. It’s also surprisingly sturdy and spacious, allowing me to fully immerse myself without feeling cramped. The portability is a huge plus too; I can easily fold it up and store it away when I’m done or even take it with me on trips. The quality of the materials is impressive, and I can tell this tub is built to last. The layers are thick and durable, so I don’t have to worry about leaks or damage over time. Cold water therapy has become a key part of my recovery process after playing football, and having this tub at home has made it so much more convenient. If you’re serious about recovery or just want an easy way to enjoy the benefits of cold water therapy, this foldable ice bath tub is a great investment. It’s made a noticeable difference in how quickly I bounce back after intense workouts.

Took the plunge
This was really hard for me to test, as limited to weekends - my normal time for huddling under the duvet as long as possible. I’m definitely not a really sporty type, so can’t say how this would work post exercise.I can say though, that it is the most amazing way to start your day, if you can steel yourself to jump (or lower yourself very slowly whilst screaming) into cold water. This states up to 4 hours, I don’t even last 4 minutes… but it works! It’s INCREDIBLY an easy to erect with an easy structure that simply pops up, and equally easy to empty via the drainage hole, and press the fold button. You could use it outside (as I did) but it would be fine to use in any bathroom with floor space. Goes completely flat so hardly takes up any room.Like other reviewers though, mine did not come with the infamous lid, I had to put a piece of cardboard over the top and weigh it down. (It comes wrapped in cardboard though so just used that)The feeling when you get in is shock. 😳The feeling when you are in is disbelief that you did it.The feeling when you’ve emerged and dried off is amazing: tingly, awake (without caffeine!), and invigorated.I now finally understand why people do this! Wow!

I’m Loving The Foldability Of This Ice Bath Tub! - But Where’s The Outdoor Cover Plate (Lid)?
At £89.99, you might think that’s probably about right for an Ice Bath Tub, but there’s currently a £30 off voucher on the advert that brings it down to an Amazing £59.99, which is Remarkable! The Quality is Good, it seems pretty Durable and thankfully there were no leaks when I tried it out. I particularly like the way the sides collapse in on themselves and enables it to fold flat - This is great if you haven’t got much space for storage and enables it to be assembled/Dissembled in literally seconds. I’m an average size Adult and I was able to fit in it fine with its 50 Gallon Capacity (80cm Height by 80cm Diameter). I aim to use it a couple of times per/week after a Long Run and I’m hoping it’ll aid with my Recovery Time and Reduce Muscle Soreness. The only thing that lets it down Massively is that in one of the Product Description Pictures it states “Outdoor Cover Plate - Prevent Insects and External Debris” - This Cover Plate (or Lid) wasn’t in the Box? Overall, I like it a lot, but have deducted a couple of stars for the above error, especially as I don’t know if it’s just a printing mistake in the advert, or whether it’s actually missing the Lid! Thank you.
