First of all this company has excellent customer service. They also have an excellent product. I really only like to deal with companies that allow you to speak to an actual person nowadays that is rare this company not only answers his phone, but returns to phone calls promptly and go above and beyond to help you if you have any issues or problems There space saving weightlifting police system is excellent and smooth. My wife and I are 68 years old and this smooth pulley system allowed my wife to do her rehab work as prescribed by her physical therapist who highly recommended this system also, it’s an excellent system not only for the young but for the old because it prevents injuries that can be caused by free weights And other systems while still providing the same muscle building potential we added attachments that allow you to do leg exercises. They have also been very beneficial so far my wife and I both love the anchor pro system.

I have no idea why these things are so highly reviewed. Genuinely cannot understand it. They advertise constant tension but that was far from my impression of it. They feel almost no better than a set of resistance bands that you could buy for like a sixth the price. Seriously $700? What are we doing here?Further the stated weight ratings on them are well off. I had a cable loading pin and pulley which I could compare it to side by side. It was not even close to the stated poundages. All the discs together are supposedly 55 lbs. But that felt much closer to 40 lbs. Again, comparing it side by side to actual weight plates and a pulley hanging from the same bar.The only thing I wonder is if I somehow got a bad unit or something. These things get amazing reviews all over the internet and I just don't understand it. The item I received was not worth $100 to say nothing of $700.Finally I have to say adding and taking off the little resistance puck things is kind of a pain. I wanted something that would be easy to set up and take down so I can get into my workout quickly. I didn't find these to be that at all.Summing it up, I think these things have almost no redeeming qualities when you compare dollar for dollar against similar products in the market such as quality resistance bands, and inexpensive loading pin and pulley setups. And the newer class of electronic digital resistance products absolutely blow these away in terms of ease of use and the feeling of the tension.

Better than I could have expected. After doing a lot of research on Google and YouTube, I was a little surprised how well this actually works. Truly a great piece of functional training equipment. The resistance is smooth and it definitely feels like more than 55lbs on the max weight.

The equipment from Ancore has made such positive impact in our gym. It’s very convenient with its size and makes for a good workout that you can adjust easily, as needed. This is an incredible piece of equipment. I am a gym owner and my clients use Ancore units in their workouts every day. Adults of all fitness levels will benefit from using this system-- endless exercise possibilities! Kids love using it too and it's safe for them. They can be set up and moved so easily. I will be buying many more of these, both for my business and for at home.
