This glass paint will elevate your stained glass projects
This PEBEO Vitrea 160 Glass Paint is a real game-changer for stained glass projects! It's easy to use, dries quickly, and fires beautifully in a domestic oven. One of the biggest advantages is how easy it is to clean up. If I make a mistake, it washes right off before it dries. This gives me the freedom to experiment and create without worrying about permanent errors. The paint itself is incredibly durable, creating a glossy, vibrant finish that truly elevates my stained glass projects. However, I do need to be patient, as it requires a full 24 hours to dry before firing in the oven.Overall, this is a fantastic glass paint that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to add a touch of colour and shine to their stained glass projects. It's durable, easy to use, and produces beautiful results!

Really like this product
Really like this product. Can be mixed with a drop of another vitrea colour, to give a coloured frosted effect. (you don't need much of another colour to give it a solid hue) Otherwise it goes on clear, dries cloudy/frosted. I've been using it to cover quite large areas, and I haven't found a way of applying it without the brush bristle marks showing.... The other pebeo paints, I tend to pool into the intended areas to avoid that kind of brush work effect, but since this one is being used differently, its a downside..... The only thing is to layer it a few times to reduce the bristle effect and give more even coverage, but it never quite goes away... if anyone has had success hiding bristle marks with this stuff, would love to know how.(I've tried the thinner on it, and nope....) but still a great product,

Great paint, but imperfect reds
I love the Pebeo 160 paints, as they are the most durable and easy to use glass paints I have ever tried, but their limited palette is still a disappointment. For my reds, I own their 'Indian Red', 'Paprika' and 'Pepper Red', and yet none of these gives a truly decent colour. The 'Paprika' and 'Pepper Red' are, as you might expect, incredibly similar in tone - there's barely anything in it between them, although Paprika maybe winds up a touch more orange. I bought both of these as they looked considerably different on Pebeo's own palette of colours, with 'Pepper Red' looking far more like a poppy red, but the results were sadly quite jaundiced. And so Pebeo loses a star from me, as I really want a proper primary red: vibrant, livid and rich. But they still get a high rating as the paints are just that good - nice fluidity, easy to rinse off your brushes and with a surprisingly durable finish (after you've baked them on). Here's hoping they do a good red in the future!

Excellent glass paint
I love this glass paint. It is easy to use and can be washed off if I make mistakes, but when I am happy with the finish, I can cook them as per the instructions and the result is permanent. I have been able to raise quite a few hundred pounds in sales of painted glasses, mainly with Christmas themes for our church over the years. This is the first time I have used this silver paint and I was very pleased with the result. It has given me another option of colour and it is quite effective.

Glass frosting
Bought to frost wine bottles and it works a treat. Needs about 3 coats , then you bake in the oven. Bit faffy and not quick but does the job. Its a little bottle but goes a long way.

Glass paint
I use this to paint my glass items with. Easy to use and thick enough for just one coat. Dries quickly and fires in a domestic oven.

Good special effect to add to the Vitrail range!
Great product, very sparkly, but if applied to a slightly thicker layer of Vitrail, Prism or Moon it sinks to the bottom with hardly a trace. Main downside: the smell is horrible, as though it has a bit of rotten fish in it... However, the effects are great.
