So far so good. Bigger than I thought it would be. I did get it set up and it seems to be working, haven't had a power outage yet to make sure it does what it is supposed to but I can tell it is on. It seems quiet as I haven't heard anything since set up. It is on so I'm guessing it works.

Performance is great. No issues, works as expected and working from home it is important that work not be lost during storms before it was saved.6 month update. Has survived several severe weather outbreaks and worked flawlessly.

I like the size of this unit. One problem with it is that the outlets for plugging in modem, router, phone for un-interrupted power are too close together. All three devices use transformer power plugs that are too large for the spacing of the outlets. I got around this by raising the UPS up on a 2x4 and purchasing a splitter to give room for the size of the transformer plugs.

Received item on time so far working good.

I have a TV and satellite dish plugged into this and the other day I had a power flicker, it was not enough to reset anything but my TV and satellite dish on the UPS. Left me kinda wondering why I have it.

This item while minimally powered for my use, will work well in a power outage since where is is being used has a back up stand by generator.

I purchased this unit for my mom's phone. When the power goes out she can still call to let us know how she is doing. As a 93 year old living on her own, it is very important to be able to stay connected.
