Super hand, use daily
I use several of these daily--to place foods to thaw, next to the stove top for utensils, hold meat that has seared before adding back to pan, etc. Much handier than an ordinary spoon rest. These are thin so if you want to use them as warming pans, get the aluminum ones. Just be aware that the aluminum pans will discolor after you put in the dishwasher, and these won't.

Love these for individual steak plates. Easy clean up and light weight.

Too small
I sent this product back. It was too small to use as a serving tray for my BBQ meats and veggies. The product though was well made for other purposes.
