I was soooo disappointed. For day one it was giving problems to close and I tried with it!!! I was hold ir to go sit down and the top lose off in my hands and the bottom fell and broke. But before that I had a hard time with smh. Funny think is I had one when it had first hit the mark I purchased it in Dubai. And it never given me any issues. But I lost it at the airport. So I was happy to see it on Amazon only to be disappointed.

Is just a vape. My glass broke and i order a replacement through their website but never got a confirmation email. Its been two months since i order. Luckily i took a screenshot of the confirmation number and gave to costumer support and never heard back from them

This product is good, to say the least. Worth every dollar, compared to similar electronic hookah heads that are currently on the market.Good things: Very easy to clean, properly shipped and protected, easy user interface, clear instructions, rechargeable, actually produces taste of the e-liquid/vape juice, can reach up to 60 watts (compared to 6 - 10 watts for the others), has a functional RGB light with remote, contains additional items, and provides a convenient carrying bag.Could be better things: The rubber plugs for the pods containing the e-liquid/vape juice can be somewhat resistant to open when refilling, but that is just a sign of a proper seal. Still, this could be an issue if a user is heavy-handed and could potentially damage the rubber plug.I would have rated this product 5 stars, but the rubber plug on the pod, as good as a seal, can be stubborn at times which could make for a messy refill. Worst case, you would have to figure out how to install or replace the plug if it was damaged or lost.Overall, I give this product 4.5 stars, and I would definitely buy it again or for someone who enjoys a quality experience from a hookah kit.To those who made this product, if you can improve upon that rubber plug for the pods, you have an instant 5 star product. Well worth the price.

I cannot seem to get in touch with hok clouds customer service at all! My device is now only pulling if I hold down the power button. So it’s creating an extremely annoying experience and I do not know how to fix it. Has anybody else run into this issue or know how to reset the device to the normal mode? Thx

For $200 USD, I very much expected something more quality. Despite the most stubbornly tight plug, this thing constantly leaks juice. The included coils burn out at mach speed, and the device asks after every few draws if you want to change the Ohms, leading to a very annoying experience. The packaging and case was very nice, including the extras like brush, extra coils, etc., but I still wouldn't purchase again
