It WORKS....After 10 reps x 5 I'm already pushing 5000ml. If you block the tiny holes at the bottom it gets harder.

This is an excellent lung exerciser. I have been using it once to twice a day since Sept 28th, 2025. It’s a 6,000 ml incentive spirometer which is 1,000 ml more than the regular one people use. Demographics for my age (72 yrs), gender (male), and height (5’9”) indicate I should be able to move the piston to about 3,400 ml. I regularly push the piston to 6,000 ml or just below it. I also use The Breather which I purchased from Amazon which is a lung exerciser for both inhalation and exhalation. These two devices and doing cardio 4-5 times a week keeps my heart and lungs in excellent condition.
