This is a terrible blu-ray player. It failed after a few months and the disc door simply won't open. Do not buy this piece of junk. Stick with a brand name.January 8, 2025: The customer service team has been very helpful and replaced my defective unit. Thanks ever so much for the great customer service!

Product did not last 2 months.
SAVE YOUR MONEY! This product quit working 2 months after purchase. Amazon said to contact the company but, guess what!!! Wiscent is not a real company. Do not buy their products unless you want to throw away good money, or you can just throw it my way, I will take it from you. Products are cheap and not long lasting, honestly, TWO MONTHS for $80!!! Amazon appears to being overtaken by junk sellers.
