I've recently started to suffer with migraines. This definitely gives some relief. It's easy to use. You can definitely pull down over your eyes but if the cold is too much you can also lean it back like a beanie. I kind of wish I bought it in black and not pink bc cleaning it is not the easiest thing to do. When I put it in the freezer I keep it in gallon zip bag just in an attempt to keep it clean. I wish it came with some sort of cover you could slip on and off that can be cleaned easier. All in all I think it's a good product but the design can be improved.

I get the best sleep ever with this item migraine or not. Honestly, everyone should own one of these. It is great for insomnia too because it’s like built-in blackout curtains, but for your face.🤣🤣🤣 definitely 10 out of 10

I’ve been wanting to try one of these ice caps that i’ve been seeing all over the internet because i’ve had a consistent headache for weeks. when i tell you that i felt instant relief... the material and texture is so buttery soft and still squishy i love it. honestly it wasn’t too cold to put on right out of the freeze. however, mine only lasts about 30 minutes which was to be expected but then you have to put it back in the freezer. i wish it could stay cold for longer and also that they made full body ones lol. overall i am happy with this purchase!
