I have had really good relief from my headaches when I use this cap. I love how it stays cold in the freezer and I can pull it out and lie down for the night. It’s soft and flexible to put on with easy but it’s not too tight a fit. It’s given me great results.

This cap provides excellent relief for migraine tension. It's effective even without freezing - the compression and natural cooling properties are incredibly soothing, and I can comfortably wear it throughout the night. The sound and light blocking features are particularly beneficial. I'd recommend this product to anyone, whether dealing with migraines or simply wanting relaxation. It offers great value for the price. The only downside is that it started to wrinkle on the outside. I still give it 5 stars, I don't care how it looks, I am interested in how it makes me feel.

Pain relief in minutes, stays cold for a pretty long time and its nice and snug on the head. Highly recommend if you frequent headaches and don't want to take any medication!

I have had headaches and migraines for over 30 years. I do not like to depend on pills for the pain so for a few years, I have began to use Ice packs as therapy. I use this alongside a good peppermint roll on the head , temples, and neck. I was searching Amazon for an ice pack for migraines. I stumbled on a lot of options, but ultimately decided on this one. The day after it arrived, I had a huge headache.I had already placed it in the freezer so that it could be cold when needed. And I definitely needed it. I put it on and removed my glasses for extra comfort. This was soooo cold. It's like having ice on your head non-stop.I do appreciate the material and how elastic it is. I like that I can slip it down over my eyes or just above to still see.My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the coldness didn't last that long for me. The ice cold feeling lasted about 15 minutes and then it started to feel more like room temperature. It does quickly get cold again though if put back in the fridge for 20 minutes.The ice pack doesn't retain ice or grow ice particles.For someone like me who suffers with bad headaches and migraines, sometimes out of the blue, I do recommend an ice pack. This was a good product and all in all , I love its effectiveness.

I purchased this for recovery from my lumbar puncture. It was a lifesaver. Also I just get random headaches or sometimes I just feel hot and this works amazing. It’s very comfortable. You can freeze or warm it up. I usually just use it cold. I didn’t smell anything opening up the package. Sometimes packages have a weird smell, but this didn’t have any smell. You get instant relief that lasts even after you remove the cold cap.

Really enjoy this if you have any kind of ice strain or headache. It’s soft it fits it’s light it feels really good when you wear it it’s very soothing I would definitely recommend it

I bought another one that was better quality. This one is ok so I use it as a backup. The material kind of bunches up and it doesn’t stay cold very long but it helps if I have to get my other one cold again. This one was decently priced but wouldn’t purchase again.
