Listen people, this is the best mouse ever! It’s smells good, makes your hair feel soft and manageable! I gave a can of it to my daughter and she had to call and tell me how much she loves this product!

Goldwell makes some of the best hair products available and this “bodifying” mousse is superior!

This is the second can I have bought of this product. I like it for all the reasons mentioned. But this time I got about half way through the can and it will no longer work. Has anyone else ever had this problem?Update: A few days later I tried it again and this time the dispenser worked.

THis is a good hair product, but it just doesn't come close to the one they discontinued, for whatever reason I will never understand. My hair salon I go to used this product almost exclusively. I have curly hair but it is fine, so this was the perfect thing to control frizz and give volume. I am using the "New" product, which is this one I'm reviewing. It's the best I've found so far but it doesn't hold a candle to the one they cancelled. WHY in the world do they do that to such a successful product.

I am satisfied with the item, but it was in a box with NO packing materials. It was rolling around in the box with the top off.

This product was delivered defective with the cap missing and the top broken off so it cannot be used at all. I requested a replacement or refund but was denied. That is very poor customer service.

I have used this product for many years because I have thin hair. It works very well.

Received my package today and it was wet..no rain here though. The mousse container was in the package with absolutely no padding and no cap on the product. Needless to say the mousse was sprayed inside the package which was why it was wet. I contacted customer service about the problem and they were great about refunding my money. I will be contacting Goldwell on Monday with a major complaint about their packaging. I want to continue using this product because it is wonderful on my hair but do I have to go through this every time I order??
