Originally formulated by the now-infamous BALCO organisation, ZMA has been the subject of a lot of scrutiny, and some of the more extreme claims about its potency have mixed clinical support. Accordingly, even if the less-evidenced claims of significantly increased muscle strength, elevated testosterone, faster recovery and improved sleep quality are mostly anecdotal, optimising Zinc, Magnesium and B6 levels is just common sense.
