Rich flavor and color
Perfect black cocoa for baking. Smooth and rich chocolate flavor with no bitterness. I made a cupcake cake and it was like eating a hostess treat.

Tastes like Oreos and doesn’t stain your teeth!! 😬
Used to make black frosting for cupcakes!Taste amazing, the frosting was the perfect flavor of cookies & cream. It looks brown at first, you definitely need to make sure recipe doesn’t use too much milk or it’ll stay brown. But trust the process, leave to rest in fridge for 24hrs and the color really starts to darken.Used for Halloween and a birthday party, both times it was a hit for flavor and function!

Mix this with sugar and it’s Oreo flavored!
I love to create almond flour mug cakes with xylitol sugar aka guilt free for the carnivor diet! Sooooo good!! I’m feeling frisky and I’ll give my recipe. In a mug use about a table spoon and a half of olive oil, two small spoon fulls of your fave healthy sweetener, mixxxxx, add vanilla and an egg, mixxx, add black or reg cocao powder, mixxxx, add a pinch of baking soda + salt and two medium sized spoon fulls of almond flour… mixxxxx, add a splash of heavy cream…Mixxxx then microwave for 30 seconds and then like 20-10 seconds intervals. You can make a frosting with butter, your fav healthy sugar, vanilla and tiny bit, like so tiny of cream, mic for like 20 seconds then mixxxx - let them cool and add frosting-Tastes best cold!!ps.. adding a sprinkle of zero sugar pudding of your choice adds some yumminess. You can also say no to the cacao and add some cinnamon sugar.. omg!! Ok enjoy!!

Not sold black
If you are experiencing sold black in your chocolate wafers, this is not the one. Just dark brown. THE COCOA TRADER was much better.
