Q: How do you play and pause using the knob? It only mutes it for me.

Hi there, sorry the knob can only be used to control volume. We will correct the knob information asap.

Q: Is the key programming hardware or os base? if i program it on windows and move it to linux, will the custom programmed keys stay remapped.

Hardware based, so the programming will move with the keypad.

Q: Can you flash this to work with an Ipad?

It will work with an iPad over Bluetooth, natively. (no flashing required)

Q: Is this board qmk compatible for Mac users?

Sorry, this numpad kit doesn't support QMK.
